Twelve years at The New York Times ignited Lynne’s passion for the “Fourth Estate.” Lynne led consumer marketing teams to successfully implement the paper’s national expansion by establishing a direct marketing discipline across online and offline channels. During her tenure at The New York Times, Lynne held leadership positions in strategic planning, consumer insights, database marketing, as well as subscriber retention and acquisition.


As SVP of Consumer Marketing at Dow Jones, Lynne was responsible for the quality and growth of print and online sales across all Dow Jones consumer products, including The Wall Street Journal and Barron’s. While at Dow Jones, Lynne and her team increased consumer revenue for WSJ by 46% as a result of inventive digital subscription strategies and strengthened consumer retention despite rate increases.

Lynne, founder of New Leaf Media is a publishing and marketing consultant, coach and cheer leader with a track record of driving consumer revenue, and more specifically, digital subscription revenue. Lynne spent the past several years helping news organizations in Germany, Australia, New Zealand and throughout North, Central and South America to pursue, and achieve, audacious goals.
